• ACT SCORES ALREADY?

     Explore tests

Students at St. Pius X can take college ACT's as 8th graders.

So what exactly does all of this test data mean? In Catholic Education we have a history of excellent academics and a ministry of teaching to children and not to tests.

Though standardized testing has become very important over the years and understandably so, we have provided data for you based on our Diocesan religion scores and our IOWA Standardized test scores. This is a test that measures a student’s percentile ranking against other students in the country.

    IOWA TEST

The IOWA Test is a normal reference test that measures how well a child does compared to the rest of the United States of America.

Below is data representing our student’s results. Remember that 50% is located at the top of the curve and is considered average. Average is where most children score in the U.S. with the IOWA test, a 50% means average not failing.

Our kids are way above average with their IOWA scores. Students are currently scoring better than almost 70% of the population of students in the nation.

Our math scores have been on the rise too!
